I miss you, a Front Street Books. Come back into my life. I have purchased so many wonderful books here at great deals. I even bought Thomas Donahue’s «Fraternal Bonds» SIGNED here. The prices were honest, the bookkeepers always had the best recommendations. Scituate needs another book store fast!

Support your local, independent bookseller! This bookstore has been in existence in Scituate Harbor for decades. Some of the staff have worked there for decades! If this bookstore doesn’t have what you are looking for, they can get it for you within a couple of days. Everyone who works here is a reader, of course, and I am always getting great ideas for new reads when I have an opportunity to pop my head in during the summer months. I love browsing around to check out their «staff favorites» or look at their small selection of used books that I can grab for a couple of dollars. If you find yourself in Scituate Harbor, you must check out this bookstore. Browse around, find a book, grab a chair, and relax.
