Kicker’s Bar & Lounge

A typical small suburban strip mall bar. At least it has two pool tables.

Great place to go and have a few drinks with friends. Not too loud, a lot of friendly people…“regulars” which makes the atmosphere relaxed and fun. They actually are the entertainment! The bartender is attentive and you don’t have to wait a half hour and push people aside to get a drink.

It’s a dive bar. Full of regulars. Some creepy, some nice. Bartender was super nice and drinks were acceptable.

Kickers is OK. They have foosball, darts and pool and a pretty fair amount of TVs to catch a game. I’d say this is pretty much your typical sports bar. Prices are pretty reasonable.
I don’t care for the high ceiling. While usually preferred, i find that in most bars it takes away from any intimacy the place might have to offer and makes it feel more like a warehouse.
I’ll always remember this place and where I was when the Blackhawks won the Stanley Cup. No, i didn’t choose to go here that day, but it was a really fun atmosphere and someone came in with hot dogs for everyone in the bar.
If you are a guy and want to watch a game, I’d say Kickers is worth checking out. If you are a guy and want to catch a girl; keep moving!
If you are a girl, you probably won’t be too impressed with this place. Unless you like mingling with a bunch of middle-​aged guys.

Foosball, darts, and billiards are available (but bring lots of quarters); drinks were fine, and prices for the area were normal. Not much to say here… it was pretty clean as far as bars go, but had my friend not been having their birthday party there I don’t know that there would have been many people. You have to go to the bar for service. A-​OK is exactly how I felt.
