This is by far THE WORST Dunkin Donuts!!! The guy is rude, he doesn’t listen, the donuts are stale most of the time. I hate that it just HAS to be the one closest to the airport. The service sucks 98% of the time! I try not to go there but DD coffee is the best. If you have to go there, just be in s good mood for you & THE ONLY guy I’ve seen that works there 7 days a week!

So this is the second time I’ve gotten coffee from this DD in the evening and I’ve gotten the same guy both times. The guy behind the counter really really doesn’t wanna be there. I swear they must be holding him against his will and water boarding him in the back or something because he is just a plain grouch. I ask for a small hazelnut with cream and sugar and I get a disgusting concoction that I dare not call coffee. with a shit attitude on the side of course. The coffee is burnt and has no soul, just like my man behind the counter. To make things worse, I didn’t take a sip until I got to my destination. Thanks a lot buddy, this fuck you is for you.

This Dunkin Donuts is fairly new… it’s probably been here about a year now. I stopped for a cup of coffee after leaving O’Hare Airport and it was quick and convenient. It’s on the East side of Mannheim Road and there’s a couple other new businesses here as well. The gas station right next to it has free power vacuums, so it’s a great opportunity to freshen up the car after you get your cup o’ Joe.
