Code it and won’t do it because «if they do it for u they’ll have to do it for everyone else.» If you have Tricare go somewhere else!!!

My first impression via phone. Very rude. Unhelpful. I was iffy about leaving a message with my ssn to get an appointment. It took a few days to get my call returned as a new pacient. Some rude lady with an accent told me they are over booked with patients from the air force base and are unable to take on anymore. She referred me to another office next to their office on stoneoak (River city obgyn). I am new to the area and don’t know of any woman’s care facilities around. I heard mixed reviews of this place and had a bad feeling from the beginning and just the phone service made me feel very uncomfortable.

Doctors here are great, but I’ve never had a wait less than a half hour past my appointment time. Currently sitting at the stone oak location an hour after my appointment time. Still waiting. Will definitely look for a practice that respects my time.
