0 stars for customer service! We waited 20 minutes after we pushed the order button. When the car next to us was brought their food and we had pulled into Sonic at the same time, we asked the carhop if she would check to make sure someone was going to take our order. She assured us she would return after checking it out and she did not! We gave an extra 10 minutes after we talked to the carhop. Needless to say, we will not be returning and really enjoyed our meal at Whataburger.

Easily the worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. The person answering the orders either hates her job, her life, etc because she is easily the rudest employee I’ve come across. The employee abruptly gives me the price when I wasn’t finished ordering. When I finished stating the last item, she rudely told me «are you done now?» A word of advice to the manager, you might want to put a person who actually likes her job on answering orders. Will make things much more pleasant.

Many times they forget to give you the sides with your order, ordered chicken strip dinner with fries and found out they gave me a total of TEN freaking fries. Burgers have no taste to them even still somewhat raw, ordered a burger with bacon got home and no bacon, this place has really gone down hill and I’ve been eating there since junior high school it use to be the spot to go to but I think it has ended for me and my family after giving it numerous chances to change my mind very very sad. Owners do something!

It never fails either the order is wrong… made wrong or something is missing. Just got 2 shake made with sour milk… contacting health department! Never ever go here!

Stopped in and pushed the red button… waited and waited… pushed it a second time… waited and waited… pushed it a THIRD time… waited and waited., never got acknowledged from the staff… the entire time I sat the I was entertained by one of their staff who stood inside their doorway and danced… I guess he thought busting a move was more important than taking care of customers… finally left WITHOUTEVERMAKINGANORDER…3:45 on 17 Apr 2015.

Ordered my food and when I asked for them if they caught the«no onions» the employee rudely repeated my order back in the most condescending voice. The screen shows«+onions» I said. She replies«if it’s on the screen then it’s not going to be on the burger». Why is there a plus sign then!

What can I say: food fast, corn dogs, cherry limeaids, grilled chicken sandwiches all good. The prices have crept up over the years, but unfortunately everything has.

One star is generous — I’ve never been to a restaurant that regularly gets orders wrong and today completely loses my order and leaves me waiting(the ONLY car on the lot) for 15 minutes before telling me they must have ‘deleted’ my order, despite having repeated it back to me when I ordered. They are close to where I work but no more — I’ll find someplace, anyplace else!
