I was in a car accident today and called Roadunner to come and pick up my car since my vehicle was undrivable. After confirming my location and phone number I was told they were sending a truck to come get my vehicle and they confirmed I would be there with a key. I waited for almost an hour the. Received a phone call from the Roadrunner office asking what kind of vehicle I was having picked up and they told me they would have someone there within te hour. This was of course unacceptable because it was 100 degrees outside and as requested I was waiting with my vehicle for an hour already. It is absolutely unacceptable to leave a customer waiting in the Texas heat for that long to then tell them it would possibly be another hour! I will NEVER use them again and will suggest all my friends and family do the same.
