Just had the A/​C at our house, and our rental house, serviced. Joseph and Zack arrived within the time frame agreed upon, took care of the servicing, and had the invoices ready without any problems. Very courteous and professional. Prices very reasonable.

Have used this service since 1996 (maybe longer). Always have received courteous, professional, prompt service. All technicians have received excellent training and do their best to evaluate, diagnose, and repair our unit quickly and efficiently. Last month we needed to have a new system installed, and Mr. Travis spent time discussing with us our best options for quality and expense. We sincerely appreciate his time and professional consultation. The unit was installed the very next day! The unit suggested is doing a great job and even more efficient than we we originally had. I sincerely recommend this company!!!

The AC went out on my rental home on a Sunday! Called All Service and the technician promptly met me at the house, he actually got there before I did. Replaced the contactor and wiring, efficiently and inexpensively. He was also very conscious about keeping the communication between the two of us, and not my tenants, which has been a problem in the past with other service companies, I really appreciated that extra step. Top Notch Service for a Sunday Emergency!

All Service quickly answered my call at 8:00 AM, scheduled a technician visit for 9:30, and Keith showed up early. He was polite and friendly, but also quickly got down to business and diagnosed the problem. He provided an estimate, gave lots of helpful information on alternatives, and quickly replaced the unit himself — even skipping lunch and getting soaked in a brief but heavy rain shower. By 1:00 PM the house was cooling off! Polite, professional, prompt, and effective — Very Highly Recommended!
