McDonald’s

This McDonalds is the worst in the area. Went through the drive-​thru today around 4:00 and ordered 2 sandwiches, a large Coke, a large Dr. Pepper, a pie and an ice cream cone. Alyssa was working the window and couldn’t get that we wanted a Dr. Pepper not a diet coke. She told me to pull up and they would bring it out and then she laughed at me. I walked into the restaurant to complain to the short balding grumpy manager about how rude she was and he said he didn’t know for sure she was laughing at me. The only competent worker, Kennedy, handed me the drink that Alyssa had poured for the second time. I get back to the car and it still isn’t Dr. Pepper so back I go and the manager says, «now what didn’t we do» and I tell him so he throws 4 free dessert cards and me and a cup and tells me to get the drink myself and Alyssa starts yelling at me and tells me the machine poured the drink not her. Now I know it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to watch and see that they do in fact push the button for which kind of pop you order. Needless to say Alyssa and Mr. Manager probably should not work with the public. Wish I had this owners info so I could really file a complaint. Drive to the Dyer McDonalds, it’s not much further and they know what customer service is!

I only come here out of need for fast food. They are very fast! Usually. They also usually get my order right. Usually.
The best thing to do is get your food inside and check it before you leave or check it in the drive though.
Place is clean for the most part. Nothing spectacular.

They must rely on utter convenience of having a McDonald’s not too far from wherever you work. If it wasn’t just down the street the slow workers and constantly messing up my order would keep me away.

If I could give 0 stars I would, this place is terrible. I have had a few complaints I took to management and they ignored me completely! I have found hair in my food twice, my order was wrong nearly every time, the food is always cold and stale. I haven’t been here in a while and don’t ever plan on going there again!

I really try to never come to the golden arches, but I went the wrong way on 41 and there was nothing down here. The service was slow. My fries got cold waiting for the Big Mac that should be renamed, medium! The two people behind me got served first? So I went to fill up my cup and I saw they still have Coke products. Just the sign with Sprite made me think of old people eating dinner at 3 with a coupon. Can’t you offer a more modern choice for people that still have their teeth! I would come here more than once a year if they offered Mountain Dew or Sierra Mist? The fries were standard issue. The burger was funny as the bun and the lettuce make up three quarters of the sandwich. Where is Clara Peller when you need her!

Go somewhere else. Really.
We ordered 20 piece chicken nuggets. They gave us 3 sauces and said an additional would be 20 cents. Interesting how you can order a 10 piece and get 2 sauces without an additional charge but you order 20 and your fourth sauce is charged. I know it’s 20 cents but still. And the nuggets were stale. All of them.
We also ordered an angus chipotle barbeque bacon snack wrap. Yep. No bacon.
Then the big mac. The middle bun was the bottom and the bottom was the middle. Yes, I’m adding a photo. I suppose not too big a deal but really?
We tried calling to complain… no answer. Not surprised. We’re calling again in the morning.
The most disturbing part is… these were not kids working. They were fully grown adults. Sad. We went on 1.30.11 at 11:49 p.m.
I’ll never eat here again.
