Krystal Nails

For fake nails they put too much gel I literally have at least a millimeter thick layer of gel. And they put too much product on the end of the nail so it looks unnatural. Also the last time I went I feel the uv lights were too hot my nail beds started to feel like they were burning.

Rude service by manager Cristy. Reserve at least 2 – 3 hrs for mani and Pedi. Only 2 people do artificial nails and one if them being the manager Cristy who won’t do them because she’s too busy micromanage the young staff.

I’m not to sure about this place. I rarely get a mani/​pedi because my skin is super sensitive and has a mind of its own, but since I am treating myself I decided why not? The pictures looked great since I wanted a specific design. I was services right away by a younger girl and a woman (maybe the owner) wanted to do my mani at the same time and I showed her a pic of the design I wanted. She wanted to charge me 60 for it because it was by hand! It was literally 4 different regular polish colors and 5 horizontal lines on each finger. I said nope and just did a pedi. The girl who did it was a perfectionist. She kept asking how was the water, do I like how it looks, ect. My pedi took at least a half hour… no wonder they offer to do both at the same time! And pedicure was 30 bucks! Pretty disappointed and still looking for a good salon.

I’ve gone to this place twice on the recommendation of many people. Both times, I was unlucky enough to get Maria. She’s terrible!!! I can’t express that strongly enough without being really mean. She whispers when she talks, so you can’t hear a damn word she says. She barely works on your heels to get the rough/​dry skin off. Her polish technique is worse. She polishes worse than I do myself. Both times, I’ve walked out with polish on my skin and cuticles. This time she completely missed polishing a spot on my big toenail. I guess give the place a try, because a lot of people like. Be sure to not get Maria. Terrible, terrible work!

This place is well-​kept, and the staff is nice. I would not recommend getting your eyebrows done here, but everything else is great.
My FAVORITE part is the amazingly extended massages that happen during the pedicure and manicure. It feels like heaven wrapped in a pillow of happiness and tension relief.
Next time I am visiting my family, I will definitely be back!

They are the best in the area. Manicures and pedicures are very nice and relaxing and last a long time. They use very good products which results in long-​lasting polish. Owners and staff are all nice and friendly.

This was my FIRST and LAST time at this place! Horrible experience and job. I was going to get mani and pedi but I decided against IT! Person hands to shakey and had horrible cigarette breath
