CubeSmart Self Storage

This place is terrible. Since I’ve been with them they have raised the rates twice! Every other facility in the area is way cheaper than this place and they do not match pricing which is ridiculous. Not to mention they require renters insurance which other facilities do not! If you’re looking for a storage facility that’s reasonable, stay away from this dump. There’s also only 1 person that works there that’s decent to deal with. Place sucks.

HORRIBLE place. DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY. We needed a storage facility and all the other ones in the area were full. This one seemed nice and brand new. It was by far the most expensive in town. Oh well, we only needed it for a month. My husband couldn’t get a hold of our insurance agent when he was renting the place so he bought the extra insurance ‘just in case’ since we were literally putting our entire house into storage. We come to find out that once we go to move out, a ton of our stuff is covered in mold. Our boxes have collapsed into themselves causing a TV to fall and ruin our leather sofa. We called the office and they said, come in and file a claim, bring all the pictures. Well when I get there they go to check our unit (don’t allow me to come with) and say, yeah it looks like there are water stains on the floor, but you have to file a claim with Great American Insurance Group. So I do, after weeks, Great American Insurance Group denies our claim! Saying no evidence of water was found. What a bunch of bullshit, where did all the mold come from on our stuff? I have pictures of everything! This place is a scam and a bunch of liars. I found out recently another person I knew had their stuff here and her sofa was destroyed because the place is infested with rats! (I did see the rat traps around). What a joke of a business. We have another storage unit at Triple A and have never had an issue. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! If your stuff is there, get it out now. Overpriced, dishonest business.
