I called today to book a closing of my pool that I’ve done every year previously with this company. I was transferred put on hold and then disconnected so I had to call back. When I finally was able to schedule the appointment I was told the charge would be $ 639 because it was late in the season. When I had Carribean pools rehab my pool they told me if I waited till the off season they would discount the price because they like to keep their employees working as much as possible during the off season. I guess that doesn’t apply to pool closings, makes no sense to me… it seems they want to price gouge the customer because it’s late in the season. $ 639 for a hour job… I’ve watched them perform the work in the past. When I questioned the rep she said the up charge is due to it being colder outside and it’s uncomfortable for their employee to work in the colder weather. I wonder if they pay their employee a higher hourly wage when they apply this ridiculous fee, I doubt it… I ended my call saying that I will call someone else and she was fine with that, looks like they lost my business I’ve only been a customer for at least 10 years! I always referred this company in the past that won’t be happening anymore!

I have used and continue to use Caribbean Pools on all of my pool projects. They communicate well, show up when they say, perform excellent work, and most importantly, execute great customer service. If I have a question or concern they are on it right away. Caribbean has done multiple pools for me and always meets or exceeds my expectations. I’ll will continue to use them and feel that anyone else who chooses to will be in good hands.
