Buffalo Wild Wings

I usually go here a couple times a month to eat and drink and watch a game and usually Nicole is the bartender and she is excellent. Unfortunately I went on a Tuesday and the bartender was terrible and it wasn’t even busy. She seemed like she was doing everyone a favor by working. I ordered a couple beers and she never even asked if I wanted to order food. When I did order some food I never got it so after 3 beers I got up and left. Usually I am a pretty good tipper but I left nothing. I have given this restaurant my business since they have been open. I usually do not write reviews but this employee should not be in the service business.

Service is bad EVERY single time. Your server ALWAYS tries to avoid you. You actually have to look for your server & flag down anyone working there to ask how you can order. The excuse of having «too many customers» is not always true. They are never packed when we go, I can see our server in their station just chatting with other servers. JUST TO PUT IN AN ORDER IT TAKES AN AVERAGE OF 15−2MINS… Food is good though if you don’t mind the forever wait.

I’ve been here several times. The service is never consistent. Sometimes it takes forever for the food and service. Other times its quick and fast. Food is usually really good or terrible. The bar service was so slow. my boyfriend and I literally waited 20mins at the bar before the bartender came and got our drink order and then it took 30mins plus before we got our food order in. it was not the crowded and most of the place was under construction at the time. But it does look better in there. This place is ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ not sure how its going to be every time i walk in there. but I still usually like the food and atmosphere.

Worst service we ever had at this location… we usually go to Lansing who has an amazing manger Jeff… but we were out that way and decided to eat there… never again !!! Trash !!! Server was way more interested in talking to some guy at the front entrance then to take care of us… it was only a table of three how bad can it be ! I served most of my life up until my last year… this year I turned 48 I literally destroyed my body serving !! I know !! They obviously need better training !!!

Was there today for lunch. The new set up is nice. Took my nephew and my nieces for lunch since it was last day of spring break. Service was ok. Our server took our drink order and app order. When the fried pickles came it seems a lot smaller portion than before. We ordered our meals and noticed she didn’t write anything down. As I thought when order can it was wrong. The manager came by asked how things were my nephew mentioned his order was wrong. He took the item off our bill and made sure it was done right. As a whole the service seemed slow considering they just opened. My nieces and nephew said we should try the on in Lansing next time out.

The bartenders are nice. The food is so-​so. Tuesday traditional wing night special ends at 8:00 PM which is a joke. Thursday boneless is for all night which is the way it should be.
They just remodeled, there is far too much light, if they turned it down it would be much better.
I go for the nice bartenders, fair amount of drafts and lot’s of TV monitors everywhere.

I love coming here. I like the new floor plan after the remodel. Coming for weekday lunch is a personal favorite when I have time to. The wings are cheaper and come with fries. Big sporting events are also a great time to come here, with a wonderful energy.

Shitty service is what comes to mind when I think about this place from now on, today’s visit has been decided to be our last. Our server Aaron who I do not believe is fully to blame, because our last two visits were just as shitty. Ok first I sit down with my fiancé and little daughter and ask for a coors tall he says they don’t have draft beer because they are remodeling but they have bottles ok great… No. I then ask for a Long Island which happens to be there featured special Long Island he takes about 25−30minutes to come back and tell me the bar tender doesn’t have all the ingredients and it wouldn’t taste right oh ok fine. At this time our appetizer was already eaten and not only did we not receive any napkins haha we didn’t get our order placed for another 20 minutes. Welp by this point not only did a older couple walk out behind us Aaron could tell our displeasure and stated il have my manager come over to comp something. So while we sat through this terrible service only to receive probably the worst wings I’ve had in a while well our shitty service experience lasted bout 2 hours only to receive the check that wasn’t comped as promise and to top it all off it was for my bday. At this point I’m confused as if I wanted to be born at all after coming here. I’m gonna give corporate a call as well.

The Buffalo Wild Wings. Guess what. I went to this place at 1:00 am in the midnight and we were served with magnanimity. Though we were their last customers, the waiters welcomed us in and got our orders quickly.
Me and my friends just wanted to have something lite as the midnight snack. We ordered snack sized boneless and traditional wings. I took my usual honey BBQ. (I am currently writing this review from India and my mouth is watering as soon as I mentioned honey BBQ.) I absolutely adore that sauce and that’s my all time favorite.
My friends took Thai curry pepper wings and a couple of traditional lemonades. I ordered ice tea as it wasn’t available, I ordered mango lemonade which completely blew my mind away. It was magnificent. As the old proverb says, «everything happens for your own good». If the ice tea was available, I would have missed the ambrosia.
We had good time having the delicious food while the staff were cleaning the place to head back to their homes. But suddenly, there was little bit of smoke which fogged the front portion of the restaurant. That made the fire engines come over to the restaurant.
When we left the restaurant, there were 2 more fire engines parked outside with a couple of fire fighters on the top of the roof to put off the fire and the smoke.
At the end of the day, everything was under control.
I loved the gracious service. Loved the taste, loved the hospitality and care they showed us even at the verge of closing the restaurant. ⁵⁄₅

This is definitely the best Buffalo Wild Wings location on the area. I’ve never had any issues with my food here (other locations seem to have a problem following instructions) and I’ve never had to wait too long for a table. Food seems to come out fairly quickly but I don’t like how the appetizers and entrees seem to come out at almost the exact same time. It would be nice to have time to eat your appetizer before your meal. The service here is pretty average, it’s what I would expect but nothing above and beyond by any means.

The food and service at this location is just god awful. I understand now that have a set crowd of regular teens and backward hat wearing DouchBags. There is no reason to improve on the place. So be it. I for one will never enter that establishment again. Cold food. If you ask for something extra tou get the look as if you just asked for the answer of life. Didn’t relize napkins could confuse our servers. If this is tomorrows leadership. We are screwed as a society.

Lots of tvs to watch. Service super slow during the non-​busy hours. Seemed like there was only 1 person working. Salty, salty salty wings. No bueno :(

Waited 52 minutes for my wings. Finally came and was cold to the touch. What a damn shame.

I go to the schererville location a lot and the food and service is always really good! I will continue to go back there. When I walked in I was immediately welcomed and taken to my seat. After i was seated the server welcomed us and was very friendly. We got our appetizers and placed our order. The food didn’t take very long to come out and it was fresh and hot. When we finished our server cashed us out quickly and we went to our movie. I will definitely be back!

Food was good but service was not great and wasn’t busy either. …typical chain restaurant service.

I like the buffalo chips, wings and drinks. The prices on liquor are not too bad. I usually end up walking out spending as much as I would at a steak place. It is crazy but I come here every now and then.
It’s not always clean and usually loud but I like this game they have. You get a little console and there are tv screens everywhere. It is a great time killer.
I usually come here when I get an oil change next door. Instead of waiting there and being bored I come over here and get some food. The food is pretty decent.

Great place to go with large groups, kids, or to watch sports. I go with my family a lot on Thursdays for $ 0.60 boneless wings and when you do that the check is decent. Otherwise it can get a little pricey at times, especially if the drinks start flowing!

I gotta be honest. They are starting to turn this place around. They have always had some outstanding long term waiters/​waitresses the trouble was they let the average drop to shit. Now they have the average back up to average. And I haven’t had a mistake in the food since i started coming back a couple of weeks ago.

It’s a decent place to watch sports and get a few drinks, but the clientele they attract sometimes is a bit unnerving. I got harassed last Saturday by two townies who found it so amusing that an Asian man not only spoke perfect English, but knew who Ronda Rousey was and enjoyed watching UFC. Next time I want to watch a PPV or the upcoming March Madness tournament, I’ll just make the effort to go to someplace that’s a little less backwoods.

Buffalo Wild Wings is a barn of a sports bar. There may be 30 large screen tvs in this place with all of the latest games. I had never been to a BWW before, so I didn’t know what to expect, and actually, I’m not sure why these places are so popular. What I liked about the place was the wings and the beer. I ordered a small order which consisted of ‘at least 10 pieces’ of regular bone in wings which were meaty and just a bit overcooked to my liking. They have almost 20 different sauces to dress your wings ranked in order of hotness. I tried the mango habanero wings, which were the third most spicy. I was actually surprised that a national chain restaurant would serve food this hot. I was sweating, with my lips and tongue burning. My vegan partner was happy he could find a black bean burger on the menu. He said it was pretty good, just a bit above average for a meatless burger. I’m glad they offered this. As for the beer, they have a decent selection of domestic and imports. I prefer a full lager or pilsner and settled for the comfortable standby, Stella Artois. The beer pours are huge: 22 ounces.
It’s a loud atmosphere, with people of all ages gathering in groups for festivities. Service was fine, if a little spotty. My server was a bit off this night. Altough she was very friendly and certainly not neglectful, every time she talked with one of my family members, she started crying. I felt bad for her. It was a scene out of a television show. My family gathering of 25 people had no problem fitting in; they pulled tables together to accommodate all but 4 of us. There is really no draw here for me, except that my family gathered this night. Prices are average plus. I like the mancave atmosphere and menu, but it’s not for everyone. In the end, maybe if you’re good on sports, wings and beer than you have the winning combination for the Wild Wing crowd.
