I dont know how anyone could ever give this place even 1 star. 0 is not an option
I went in for my scheduled appointment for a hitch. They already changed my appointment once, but that was fine. I braved the rush hour traffic and arrived on time.
The manager (Danny) asked if he could help. I said «yes, I am hear for my 5:30 appointment» He said «you are not getting a hitch here today» «who did you speak with» I said that I had no idea. He said «you probably called the main #, they have no idea about schedules»
I was taken aback and really pissed.
He then told me that he does not even have my hitch in stock. Never apologized or tried to help in any way.
I am calling Uhaul customer service next.

The Uhaul employee promptly opened at 7A on a Friday that I needed a truck as early as possible to pack upto avoid a snowstorm. Not onky did they open on time, but this particular employee explained all my options in detail and brome down every charge for me. He was even patient when I decided to change an insurance option after we had already completed the transaction. I detected no frustration or sarcastic behavior… only willingness to help. Maybe he thought I was insane to be driving a 14′ truck through a big Noreaster. The truck was clean, had new tires, and did very well in the snow. No complaints.
