I was here twice. The owner is rude and the staff don’t know what the hell is going on. They are very unhelpful at this location.
They didn’t understand how prepaid shipping labels were billed. The parcels I was shipping were over the specified weight on the label, but that only means that the shipper (my employer) gets billed for the added weight.
The clerk insisted that I could not ship the items. She looked like she should have been on a respirator too. I don’t know how you cannot have able bodied staff working in this industry. They have to be able to lift parcels. It’s bad enough that they are uninformed.
