Dabb City Smoke Shop

I dealt with this company’s albany location. My first experience at this shop was seemingly but deceptively great. I went in for a specific vaporizer which the very kind saleswoman told me they did not have. This same salesperson then told me that I’d be better off investing in a device 5 times the cost of that which I had intended to buy, but assured me that the chamber and device last a significant amount of time (she said hers was nearing a year and that other customers have come in around 6 to 8 months). As the quality and low maintenance were highly recommended, I invested in the suggested vaporizer.
In less than 3 weeks, the atomizer was completely shot. I called the store this evening explaining everything that transpired and spoke to a male sales associate. He was extremely rude, stated that I was lucky to get 3 weeks out of it as I was probably «using it all day» (side note — I am not and have not — having a job tends to preclude that), and considering that there are plenty of other shops and competitors in albany I was shocked at his rude comments, assertions, and just plain miserable attitude and poor customer service. My best advice is to go to another shop, and if you must go here be leery of what the salespeople (or for all I know, the male could have been the owner) tell you.
To recap: I spent over 5 times what I intended based on what a salesperson told me and this store’s lack of inventory. The device broke one day less than three weeks, and this «business» has such poor customer service they will not replace the defective part but have no problem being verbally rude to a customer who has spent over a hundred dollars there. Run the other way — if I could give zero stars I would.

Went in on Sunday. I was with a buddy. Needed a quick replacement electronic device (as my current one died). The awesome love behind the counter was all that an employer could hope for. Sweet, attentive, knowledgable, so not pushy at all. She dealt with us two and our borage of questions and requests. — all while skillfully and appropriately dealing with a third customer whom also had inquires and a purchase.
Nice shop. Great authentic Mexican Bajas for sale! Being from California, it’s nice to see some authenticity to the merchandise. Soaps, incense, and so much more.
My purchase was reasonably priced. The hours of operation on Sunday are a great thing. Shop is easy to find, orderly, and the best person running things on Sunday 16^th
Will return!

Dabb City! Best smoke shop in the area, especially when it comes to the latest technologies in the industry. Friendly service and great prices! I visit regularly.
