If you need a Mox or a box this place has you covered for your mtg needs. They have every fantasy board game imaginable. Did I mention they beat Amazon pricing? They provide tables for you to play and they have a trial board game collection. I love this place.

A great selection of table top games with plenty of tables for Magic! I took my boyfriend here to get him into tabletop gaming and it totally worked. Whatever game he found on Amazon that interested him, we found it at The Gaming Goat, and cheaper. They’ve also got plenty of Magic events, even through the week.

Amazing selection and excellent staff! Gotta love that they have community nights every week. Very welcoming.

The only place to shop for games. I have not seen a larger selection. And the price for each game is just crazy low. I’m a deal-​hunter and often check Amazon, discount stores, or other places, and I just can’t find anyone that comes close to their prices. As another reviewer said, it costs me more because I end up buying more games! For example, there’s an out-​of-​print game that I’ve wanted for a while, but any place online that happened to have a copy wanted a minimum of $ 50, if not considerably more. As I was looking through Gaming Goat yesterday, there it was, a single copy they somehow got! Price — $ 25!
Bottom line, you just need to go there. The staff is very friendly and not at all pushy. They are honest and offer their personal opinions or experiences with games you might be interested in, but also will let you know if they don’t know much about it.
They moved sometime around the beginning of October, 2014 (a month ago as of this writing), and the new space is bigger and a little nicer. I can’t rave enough about this place. I always look forward to my next game purchase because I know I have a huge selection to pick from and I know I won’t overpay.

The prices, alone, warrant 5 stars for this place! Every time I’ve gone, I’ve gotten 30% off of the retail (MSRP) price. The only complaint I would have to express about that… is that it almost forces me to want to buy MORE games.
While I have friends who work at other game shops, their prices/​deals just can’t compare to Gaming Goat.
They also have plenty of play area. I’ve been told it’s much more than it used to be when they were a few doors down in the same plaza.
I’ve always gone on Friday night, which is Friday Night Magic (I’m pretty sure they have other Magic nights too). While I am not a fan, nor do I really fit in with Magic players, I find that I am still welcome to use their space to play other games.
I’m pretty sure they have a general «Game Night» another night of the week, but I can’t remember which night it is, I just remember it isn’t conducive to the night I want to play, unfortunately.
The layout of their tables seems a little bit awkward, since you have to sort of squeeze behind players to get a closer look at their massive Wall O Games.
They have a really good selection and the staff is very nice and helpful, even when they are busy.
They’ve got a small selection of drinks for purchase, which I find nice. I might suggest snacks, too… which I haven’t actually seen, so I’m not sure if they actually offer them or not.

I visited here for Magic cards and let me tell you this store has way better prices than Amazon. The selection is good, and best of all the service is great. I was used to a hobby shop in Chicago that pretty much sucks compared to this store. If you live near here you are blessed to have such a great store in the area!
I’ve never visited any of the other Gaming Goats, but their reviews are all great. 5 stars for this one for sure!
