My wife and I recently moved into the area and have been to this SBUX a few times, and each time the staff has been friendly, attentive, and accommodating. One time, a caramel macchiatto (sp)? was on the watery side, but other than that, drinks have been consistently well-​prepared and delicious. We usually order a blonde roast and frappé and always good. We will give them another chance with an espresso drink like a macchiatto again soon. Hope we’re not disappointed! :-)

I miss coming to this location since I moved but on occasion I still swing by and this is still one of my favorite Starbucks. Though the staff has changed I’ve interacted with the old manager and the new one and both are very easy to work with. They are very supportive of their community. I never have any problems with my drinks it’s always made right! It’s located in a very convenient area. The shop is clean and I miss my days as a student studying here until they close! They never made me feel uncomfortable for staying late.

I’ve been coming this café for years. It used to be a good place to get coffee. People WERE nice. Now the staff is RUDE and ignorant. The more younger staff is better than the employees that are older. They don’t understand the fact that you need treat customers with respect and humility. I don’t go to this starbucks anymore and I’d rather drive a few blocks more than to go to this one. It is horrible!

Ok so I am normally satisfied with all Starbucks I visit. However this establishment is always either getting my order incorrect or serving less than warm coffee. This morning sadly is no exception. I ordered a simple decaf with steamed soy and raw sugar. I receive a luke warm coffee. When I told them this they said, ok it will be a few min since we are brewing a new pot. Which means I got the bottom of the barrel. I wait. And I wait. No one caring that there are numerous people behind me. Get the new coffee and guess what, no sugar. Good grief. Head inside and slightly irritated I state it is wrong. No one is friendly or helpful. They claim they made it the same. Oh but wait! They forgot the sugar. Well there it is. Guess it isn’t the same is it? I serious didn’t appreciate the attitude.

Fast and friendly starbucks! This is a great location before getting on elgin o’hare expressway which is just down the street. The only downside is the opening of this strip mall can be missed easily. Barista’s are fast and friendly. Overall good experience.
Pro: fast, efficient, great tasting drinks
Cons: difficult to get into the parking lot
Hidden gem: Use your starbucks reward card to pay for your drinks to earn stars toward gold status. Check your email for monthly promotions i.e. BOGO, 50% off, etc

Love this Starbucks– super friendly, fast service and they always get my drink right! (The previous Starbucks I went to NEVER got it right, so this is a huge bonus for me!) They make you feel welcomed when walking in or ordering through the drive thru. There was one time I was in the drive thru and maybe waited only 2 minutes for my drink and the barista apologized up and down for it. To me, 2 minutes is fast for most Starbucks locations during the morning rush. Props to having a great crew and great customer service at this location! You’ve gained a loyal customer… woohoo!

The quality is great, as expected from Starbucks… but not the reason I’m writing this review. The staff at this location is amazing. Super friendly, every single time. I go here probably every other day and I leave in a better mood every single time.

I mostly just go thru the drive thru for convenience. The service is quick and the baristas are friendly. Not to mention the drinks are always right on. I usually order the White Chocolate Mocha in venti size or tea (Earl Greyor) sometimes too. I will say this is my new favorite Starbucks.

The first time I was here, the baristas were so friendly and helpful that I went out of my way to come back here this morning for some green tea (I guess it’s that time of year when people start getting sick). Again, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I felt valued, which is important as a Starbucks customer. This location also has some comfortable, simple seating and large windows for the sunlight to stream through. I’m glad this wonderful location is here!
(On a side note, I tried the oatmeal for the first time today. It’s kind of bland and tasteless. Don’t bother getting Starbucks oatmeal. Blah.)

When I review chains, I try to focus on what is difference about this branch than it’s other franchise branches.
At this branch I found the staff are extremely friendly and thoughtful. I’ve been to other Starbucks that never offered to toast my bagel, never offered to ask regular or non-​fat cream cheese, or even provided with a plastic knife to spread my cream cheese!
Every time I visited them for 10 weeks every Wednesday morning for my community pharmacy rotations at the CVS next door, this staff always had my caramel crème brûlée latte and my bagel with cream cheese with everything I needed.
I really appreciated that.
I also appreciated them saying «Hope you have a great day» each time.

This is quite possibly the best Starbuck’s in the area. They really want to sell their product! They have offered alternate drinks, and often a sample to see if we like it. They do a great job of selling their food items, often offering samples of them, too. Very upbeat and offer great customer service, in the drive thru and in the store.

They give us free treats periodically thus I feel they are worthy of a five star rating! Visit after visit I am impressed with their great treatment of my friends and I and feel less and less dirty each time.
