Ugh, I don’t even know where to begin. Worst customer service i have ever experienced. I walked into this store on 05/12/2015 decided to buy a pair of glasses I had seen on a earlier day, so I knew I was going to buy them . The beginning of the process was pleasant. I was looking for the perfect pair of sunglasses for the summer. I finally decided and walked to the register with the sunglasses I was going to purchase. There was only one girl working in the store and introduced her self as Sara. She was nice in the beginning . The problem started when she processed the transaction. I stated that I wanted to be charged in two different cards. She charged the first amount as cash, which wasn’t what I asked for. Then she said that first card was declined. And that she was going to be short on her register for that amount. She demanded that we needed to pay in cash for the amount that it was supposedly declined. We told her that we didn’t have any cash on us. She went back to her register to try to fix the messed up situation. She said that she was going charge the rest on the second card, which I did. And again she said that the first transaction was declined. We told her that we had enough money on that card to go trough. She again started demanding we needed to pay that first amount in cash, and that if we didn’t we weren’t going to take the glasses with us. That was the boiling point for me. I told her that I didn’t want to take the glasses anymore and that I need to take a copy of every transaction I signed for. I ended up with a charge on my credit card and no sunglasses at all It was so frustrating because we knew what she did wrong. We tried to explain to her that she ran the first transaction as cash but she insisted that the card was declined and got mad and threatened us to call security to kicked us out. I, again, demanded a copy of every transaction I signed for. To make things worst, i asked to speak to a manager, she said she was assistant manager. I just wanted to get out of there. I just hope I get my money back. !!!

Me and my wife have purchased a couple of pairs of sunglasses here, since they offer some brands that SGH does not offer. We’ve never had really impeccable service in those instances, I think they were just glad we were coming in to spend our skrilla, but whatever. One time I called to see if they had an ultrasonic cleaning machine that would fit a certain pair of sunglasses, since spray and a rag wasn’t cutting it to get some gunk from between the frame and the lens.(FYI Lenscrafters has the ultrasonic cleaning machine but they are sized more for eyeglasses and small framed sunglasses.) I was told that yes, they had the machine, and yes, it would fit whatever sunglasses we had. Now, the reason people call ahead is because they don’t want to waste their time, right? Wrong. I call ahead so that I can totally waste my time by going someplace I called earlier that doesn’t even have what I asked about. When I showed up with the gunky glasses, no one working in the store even knew what ultrasonic meant. They cleaned the sunglasses with a rag and some spray. Insert sadness here. Yesterday, I was looking for a replacement case for my Carreras. I waited in line behind a gentleman making a purchase, and when his transaction was completed, I stepped up to the counter. Imagine my disbelief when she looked at me, then looked past me at another couple who were looking at sunglasses while I was in line, and said«who’s next?» The nice couple behind me deferred the turn to me. Sadly, they do not sell replacement cases other than a generic Solstice case. Didn’t bother asking how much. Why would you ask who’s next in line, to the person who’s next in line? That was annoying. I guess the only things that keep me coming back are the brands they carry, and the cleaning spray that you get free refills on when you buy the small bottle, microfiber wipe and screwdriver in a kit for $ 10. Yeah. they’re supposed to fill the bottle for free when you’re empty. The first time I used the spray, it didn’t smell like Windex, but on the refill, it did. I’m not saying they refilled it with Windex. No, no. I’m just saying, That’s what it smells like.

Beautiful selection of designer sunglasses(Prada, Gucci, Kate Spade, Burberry). Friendly staff. They even have magazine clippings on hand to display glasses on sale that have been spotted on celebrities. Amazing limited edition collections, as well-I purchased a pair of rhinestone Chanel sunglasses and I am very happy with them. Stop in just to try a few on!
