I attempted to use this service for my dental laboratory. I would have been a regular almost dairy customer. Out of 5 deliveries 4 were completely messed up. Wrong box to wrong office, though I called a pickup in they never showed up. I take great pride in my business and have been in business for 24 years. I do the hard part. One would think getting something from point A to point B would be a slam dunk. When I call in a case on Thursday and the case is due on Monday and it is still sitting here, that is completely unacceptable. They don’t even return phone calls. If I could give –10 stars I would.

I would highly recommend Quick delivery. i know i have options with selecting UPS, FedEx and a host of other messenger services.
But Quick delivery for same day delivery, is my choice as an INEXPENSIVE, swift delivery company.
I was able to ship a package from downtown Chicago to Oak Brook for a four hour window time for $ 25! Awesome, called for delivery pickup at 12:15 and the delivery person was at my door at 12:35! packaged delivered before 2pm. That right there, for the package delivery cost is less than the cost of a half tank of gas and saved me time on that sorta drive. YAY

I was in the position of needing to get a bookshelf from Dania to central Chicago. Came across these guys, the girls on the other end were really helpful and nice when trying to find the best vehicle. The price was cheaper than the store delivery fee. I did ask them to call me 30min beforehand, and one of the dispatchers did call me to confirm that I wanted a call 30min before. No call ever received other than my doorman with «Your bookshelf has been dropped off, it’s in the loading dock.» It’s still in the plastic wrap, it looks good, I didn’t see any tears. I was surprised that they just dropped and went. That’s fine with me – no tip required. But if there’s a major gouge in it, I’ll understand why they didn’t call beforehand.
