I had a test scheduled at Pearson on Monday. As mentioned in Maxine W.‘s review, the two ladies were very nice. MaryClaire was super sweet and made me much more relaxed on a high stress day. Judy was nice as well. Neither were rude as stated in other reviews. When walking in, you’re given a number and then sign up with your palm-print for the test. The palm-print will allow you to walk in and out for your designated study breaks. Mine being a 5 – 6 hour test, I used ¾ of those breaks. I received either sound blocking headphones or ear plugs which was very appreciated. With the ear plugs I heard nothing, and it was fantastic. My chair was comfortable. In yoga pants and a sweatshirt, I eventually did get a little chilly. Everything is kept in a locker which has a key. No need to bring a lock! These ladies are super efficient and make test-taking(or at least the intro) a breeze!

Avoid this testing center, I agree with the previous negative review submitted by Andy P. Judy the administrator is one of the worst people I have seen when it comes to customer service, she is rude heartless and ruthless. My wife was scheduled for 8.00AM exam. We arrived 35 minutes late due to a sever snow storm covered the whole Chicago area, 100’s of flight were canceled, many accident on the highway traffic jam etc…, I called the center and Judy answered the phone and I told her I will be late du the bad weather which she knew about it, she told me to continue driving, when we got to our destination she said to my wife that she can’t take the exam, I tried politely to ask her to let my wife to take the exam but she refused and she asked me to rudely to leave the room, I ended losing $ 200.00 the testing fee which is not refundable plus I lost a whole day income because I took the day off. She did not put inconsideration the bad whether and how far we came from, neither that I had my 16 months old baby with me in this bad snowy roads. I will never go back to this nasty testing center again and I don’t want to see this fat lady and her fat nasty assistant any more.

So my wife took an exam at the Schaumburg location this am and I must say judy(administrator) was ruthless. She made my 6 month pregnant wife cry for hours. She wouldn’t let her take the exam which she had taken 45 days ago in Chicago and unfortunately failed so was retaking it this am. Her name on all forms of id was off by two letters and my wife had every imaginable proof that it was her including her previous exam report but this lady wouldn’t let her take the exam and let this 6 month pregnant woman cry for close to 2 hours. How heartless could this Judy or July really be? So my wife made approx 24 calls and finally had Susan(thank u so much) at continental testing center make the minor change and allow my wife to begin the exam at 1045. I understand the rules and regulations but seriously have a heart for a pregnant woman who just took the exam 45 days ago with no issues. I hope this lady does not put any other woman who is carrying a child to feel the hurt and stress she put on my wife ever again.

I had a test scheduled at Pearson on Saturday. The two ladies working there were so sweet and friendly, they really put some of my test anxiety at ease. Testing at Pearson is serious business. Biometric scans before and after, everything needs to be locked up in a locker. I mean EVERYTHING. They will provide you with markers and a dry erase pad for scratch. They also provided ear plugs, high five to them for covering all the bases! The testing room was smallish, about 15 computers. They had a white noise machine running so I ended up not even needing the ear plugs. My chair was comfortable, the temperature of the room was comfortable. All in all, this was a very pleasant test taking experience.
