Norden Crafts

Norden Crafts is a wholesale supplier of needlework supplies and they were the first one I did business with. So first, I’m just happy they gave me an account. Some suppliers didn’t even bother to respond to my application.
Ordering can be done online though sometimes the site is slow and the set up is a bit glitchy. I also had an issue when setting up my account but customer service is super quick to respond. Shipments also come fast with many orders being sent the same day and taking two days to arrive.
Overall, I’m super happy with them. Here’s my last two things I would like to see improved: I mainly buy DMC floss and this was the reason I needed an account. I find that many items are on backorder if I order more than 1 or two boxes of floss (if I order 5, maybe 3 will actually show up). It seems like a pretty low amount of stock to keep on hand.
And second, which goes for all needlework suppliers really, why is it so hard to buy Aida cloth in bolts? Because I would love to and have to go to a completely random site to buy them.
