MAC Cosmetics

I went to mac to purchase the studio fix liquid foundation, and as soon as I walked in there no one was willing to help me I had to go up and get someone’s attention. After I got their attention they were pretty friendly, and I told them the foundation I wanted and we started matching the colors to my skin tone, anyways I found the color, so she went into the back to get a new one and she came out I paid and did not open it until I got home. My mistake… When I opened the box, the foundation was way too light for me! Like it didn’t even make any sense. Especially sense she just matched me, I think she should have had an idea on what my color was! Urgh… So now I have to go back and exchange it which I really don’t feel like doing… But, sense i live 30 – 40 mins from woodfield mall! (Don’t blame me I wanted to go to an actual mac store) but I’m sure everything will be fine once i exchange it! ALWAYS double check before you purchase Ladies!!!

It’s always an experience when I get my make up done because it can make or break your whole look! Thanks to MAC staff always knowing what will accentuate your beauty. And the whole makeup is free! All you have to do is buy $ 50 worth of makeup and you get your full professional makeup done!

ABSOLUTELY LOVE Jaqueline. She makes the entire experience from the initial walk up until you leave memorable. She is really creative, takes her time, and takes initiative to understand her customers. Thank the management for acquiring such talent. It’s nice when someone speaks to you with compassion and commitment to the cause of beauty.

I love MAC. This was the third time I have had my makeup done by the girls at this location and I have never really been anything but pleased.
A lot people may not know this, but if you purchase $ 50 in product, they will do your make up for free. This is a great marketing tool. If/​when you need something, plan it in advance and have your make up done for no additional costs and make your purchases at that point.
I realized I needed a new blush brush about 2 weeks ago. I also knew that we had dinner plans coming up and I wanted to get my makeup done. I went in to this location with no appointment on a Saturday afternoon and they were able to squeeze me in. Thanks, ladies!
The one and only negative issue is that when you are getting your make up done, the staff needs to also take care of other customers with questions and purchases. This means your makeup takes longer than necessary so be sure to allow yourself enough time.
I met Lindsay, the manager, and she’s so sweet and kind. I have almost never encountered such a pleasant store manager. I had my make up done by Victoria and she was also incredibly kind. I really enjoyed my whole visit and she did a fantastic job. If I didn’t like how she did something, she fixed it right away.
I will be returning soon to because the brush I purchased seems loose. I hope they do not give me a problem exchanging it. I’m pretty certain they won’t give me a problem.
