The girls here are awesome and the beds are great. definitely the best beds I’ve been in. I think the package prices are a little expensive so I find it more worth it to just do the $ 5 Tuesday’s. If they were cheaper I’d buy a package.

It’s always a pleasure to tan at LA Tan in Schaumburg. Nice to be greeted by Hannah and Audrey this afternoon, the entire staff is awesome. Great customer service, smiles and a willingness to make my experience the best each and every time, even when I arrive just before closing. I’ve gone to several locations but Schaumburg has the best staff, convenient location, hours and the cleanliness you would expect. Thank you ladies for all you do! Laura

Quite possibly the best tanning experience I’ve had. From the minute you walk in u are greeted promptly, the business is clean, the check in/out is simplified. They are able to answer your questions, provide you with solutions based on your tan level, and they know what works. I was especially impressed with the lotion selection. This has got to be the cleanest tanning facilty I’ve ever been in. Their beds don’t burn, have any bulbs out. I’ve tried level 2, 3, and 4. $ 5 Tuesdays and the upgrades are not that expensive as I’ve experienced in other tanning salons. I have visited probably 5 other LaTans. This one is the best in the northwest suburbs.

I literally am sitting in the parking lot 10 min before they close and as I walk up to the door they shut off the open sign. I cannot believe they wouldn’t let me do a 2 min spray tan and I can’t believe I even considered buying a monthly package and lotion. If I could give less than 1 star to the girls who laughed while turning off the sign I would. I’m sure there beds and spray tanning booth are great but their customer service is appalling.

I love this location so much I always get super dark whenever I do the spray or tan here… all the girls are super sweet i especially wanna say thank you to Lauren who’s such a sweet girl she made me feel so comfortable and she was super friendly I was talking to her like she was a friend of mine that I had known for years. This is BY FAR the worst tanning salon I have ever been to. I purchased a fit wrap package at one location, and decided to go to another location closer to home to use. I called ahead and the girl said the service was transferable. I mean after all they were both LA tans. After the hour, I was leaving and thanked her and she, very condescendingly told me not to come back to that location. I needed to go to the location at which I payed. She was very rude and extremely unhelpful. When I asked for the rationale she simply said it was an expensive service.
I’m sorry, but LA tan to the best of my knowledge is a chain. I shouldn’t have to patronized by an individual that specifically told me the service was transferable when I called ahead to confirm.

I went here to get a spray tan for my sisters wedding and the price here was decent. I told them I DID NOT want to be orange. The girls were super nice and helpful and the place was VERY clean. However I gave it 2 stars because I was SUPER orange!!! Be careful if you have never done the spray, do a trial run.

I just left and I loved it! The two girls working we’re SO nice! Especially considering I was running so late on errands and got in there at 8:45. They helped me pick out a tanning lotion and helped me with what level bed I should use so I wouldn’t burn. So nice! I would definitely recommend this place.

I have been living in Schaumburg for a few years and I am not a big tanner but I would sometimes go to another location, it was kind of small and not the newest looking space. I then saw this location and gave it a try. It was so clean and up to date. I have tried the versa spa I think it gave the best spray tan I have ever had and the price was great.
I am now doing the red light therapy. I currently work in skin care so tanning is not big on my list but I had been looking into the red light and really wanted to give it a try. I have been going for a little over a month and I can already see my skin is more even and smoother. The girls there are so sweet and never are pushy. They will ask if I need any refills on product but then if i say no they let it go.
