Update to my review in December 2014. I returned my diamond enhancer because Kay’s was incompetent in resizing it properly with my engagement ring. They sent my refund check to the wrong address, which is very odd since they don’t make a mistake when sending my Kay’s credit card bill. So when they are billing me, they use the correct address. When issuing a valid refund, they use the wrong address. Typical service. Thank you Woodfield Kay’s. You have lost a good customer. I previously said I wanted to give you negative stars. I correct that. You needed to be reported to the BBB.
