This place is full of goodies. Their seasonal section is filled with such cute stuff. They send out so many coupons both in the mail and online, so if you ever buy something full price you’re making a mistake. The one thing that bothers me is the check out process. It is always a long process to check out. They very often only have 1 cashier, and if you get someone buying alot of returning anything, then you’ll be standing there for like 15 minutes. Needs more efficient staffing. Might be best to show up at non peak shopping hours for this reason.

This is an unsafe location for the general public to shop in.
The no gun sign that is posted on the bottom left side of the front door truly invites criminals with harmful intent to enter the store to victimize its patrons and employees and afford no opportunity for the general public to protect themselves while in this establishment.
I will not and others should not support a business that does not recognize our 2^nd Amendment rights to protect ourselves and our famies when in public. This especially is true for establishments that cater to large crowds of people and especially children. This business is a magnet for criminals and there are other places like this that DO support the 2^nd amendment rights… and that is where you should shop and patronize.
The world has really changed and this is an unsafe way to think if you are a large business that serves the public.
I encourage others to stay away…
You have no protection from today’s mindless careless criminal in this or any establishment that post NO GUNS… and the criminals won’t honor this signage…
Law enforcement almost never gets there in time to stop a mass fatal event. The private citizen who is well trained and legally armed can be there and CAN make a difference.
If you don’t believe this just watch the news everyday and you’ll see evidence of this.
I and others who support the 2^nd amendment will not patronize this location until the NO GUN signs come down.

Went to purchase something and didn’t get the help I needed the first time. I should have know the 2^nd time I come in to return the things I didn’t need I’d find more rudeness. Lack of employee help and lack of customer service makes me think that’s why this place doesn’t have much customers. I’ll stick to Micheals next time. At least I know I’ll have employees willing to help me out with my needs and questions. Don’t go here if you need help with anything. Quick pick up here and there but questions will be answered with rude remarks and snarky comments.

Good store. Great people there. Love that it’s nearby! Always have what I need in stock! Fabric cutting table is never too busy and you get the attention that you deserve when asking questions, advice, etc!
They also have classes for kids and adults here too! Very clean and well organized store as well!!!

Best organized store among other Jo-​Ann locations. All the aisles are neat and it’s easy to find things.
