I had such an incredible experience with this firm once my realtor recommended I retain help for my short sale. I was stressed and at my wit’s end dealing with my bank. After speaking with Ann Fischer, I felt immediately relieved. She was very compassionate but more importantly, fiery and excited to take over the fight for me (and at no charge!) I will remember that day for the rest of my life. I immediately received a call from Nicole Damnitz, Ann’s paralegal/​short sale specialist, whom I was surprised and comforted that she demonstrated equal to Ann in character. Nicole’s expertise and diligence amazed me. The short sale process is nothing short of utterly exhausting work, but she handled everything with grace, professionalism and epic determination. Nicole always kept me updated and never missed a beat. The short sale is now closed and final.
