I like to go to gamestop with my son the people there are very knowledgeable very helpful and pay a halfway decent price for your games if there any questions the very more than willing to help you about great staff nice place fair price very good with kids

We went to this GameStop after finding out that the two stores nearest to us had closed down entirely. I called the store before we started driving there to be sure they were still in business. I called the store three times but no one answered the phone. We thought this location may have also closed down but decided to drive past anyway to double check. We found that the location was still open and there were two employees working. I informed the employees that I had tried to call three times within the past 15 minutes or so but that no one had answered. Both employees were very defensive about my comment. The employee told me that they were «very busy.» Ok, 1) there was not a single other customer in the store 2) even if the store were packed with customers, that is not an acceptable response. I would have certainly accepted an apology if the employees would have offered one. Perhaps an older, more mature staff member should be present with the teenagers in the store. I visited ⁷⁄₂₇ around 5PM.

This GameStop is on the smaller side, so the selection of accessories and games are not on par with some of the larger locations in the area. Nonetheless, the staff there has always been very helpful in suggesting titles that I would find enjoyable based upon previous purchases with them.
GameStop has a company-​wide policy of always pushing pre-​orders of new titles. I personally find this annoying. If I like a title, it will be because it has been reviewed and tested. Giving any retailer cash on an unproven product is not sensible shopping in my book.
Besides this minor annoyance, this GameStop has always been solid in serving me quickly and with a friendly attitude. It is also nice to know that they have a huge parking lot so that searching for a spot is not an issue.
Added bonus, there’s a 7 – 11 right next door, so if you need any late-​night run for highly nutritious food, it is very convenient!

Went there to buy a video game. I asked him if the had it used and he said yes and it was $ 54.99. I inquired about the same game in «new» condition and he said it was $ 59.99. I told him
had it «new» for $ 49.99 and he mumbled something like «oh». Great sales pitch. And business owners wonder why people buy online instead of buying locally. Needless to say, I ordered it from my iPhone
app as I pulled out of the parking lot.
