This is my first time at this location and as a For Eyes customer. I called yesterday and the receptionist told me she had a cancellation and I could get in that day. My appointment started promptly at 5 o’clock as scheduled. The doctor spent a lot of time with me. I have a difficult prescription and usually fall in between strengths. He tried different lenses on me to make sure I was seeing 20⁄20 before I left. He made sure to tell me all of the risks of contact use(i.e. bathing, swimming, sleeping in them) and different things about how they should fit my eye. I was also looking at a pair of glasses. The usual brand of contacts I wear was not running in the specials. Instead of telling me tough luck, the Dr. brought me back in to the vision room and fit me for a different brand so I could get the best I could afford. I really appreciated all the time the front desk staff and Dr. spent with me yesterday.

Not impressed with this place. My husband came here with my daughter and the group on deal was very misleading. Then they were waiting for 30 mins to be helped and the girls were socializing instead of helping customers so they walked out. Too expensive. Go to Cosco less expensive and better customer service.

Customer services was terrible… I scheduled an appointment in person in the store and when I returned for that appt. 2 weeks later the same person who scheduled it said she had no record of my appt. They did not file my insurance claim as promised and I had to handle that myself. and the last straw was when the doctor put the wrong brand of contact lenses on my prescription… a brand he had tried to upsell to me the year before and again this year. Do not visit this store. I was a For Eyes customer for many years but will be changing going forward. Bad attitude of the staff didn’t help with all the mistakes they made.
