This was a terrible hotel. It smelled of pot. The kitchen wasn’t stocked with anything but one plastic cup. Our trash wasn’t emptied when we arrived, and the morning breakfast consists of granola bars and the worst coffee I’ve ever had. Stay away.

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. The cost for a room for us was a ridiculous $ 175 for one night & we got booked into a total trash pit. Needless to say we refunded our pay. The girl at the desk was nice & everything seemed ok until we took the elevator to the third floor(booked in room 309) and stepped off it. The entire floor smelt like cigarettes. It was horrible. The carpets through the halls were seriously stained up & filthy. Giant stains. We got to the room & the stale smell of filth & smoke were so strong. I slept with the window open all night but that didn’t help. The extra chair in the room had stains all over it, I wouldn’t even touch it it looked so dirty. The bed spread had red smears all over it stained. The fabric and pillows reaked of smoke. I called to the front desk and asked if it was a smoking room and she told me no it was not. And I asked if she could bring febreeze up. Which didn’t mask any smell when used. The headboard on the bed had tons of smudge finger prints running down it(clearly someone had a good time before we booked it). The kitchenette area was filthy and stained with food residue left over. The bathroom had rough overused towels. The bathroom shower floor had black streaks on it & the stopper for inside the tub was not there. And was rusted bad where the water empties. The sink was rusted and dirty as well. I don’t think they even clean these filthy rooms. The manager told us the next morning that it was indeed a smoking room and he didn’t understand why she would have told us otherwise. The people staying there were very shady untrustworthy looking people. This hotel is worse than a motel 8. This hotel is a pigsty, a hell hole, fleepit, and absolutely downright disgusting.

Me and my boyfriend came here on Friday night(2÷13÷15) and we were greeted by a wonderful young woman named Monica who was very helpful. Checked in and we got up to our room, we noticed something wasn’t in our room and Monica brought it up to it to our room immediately. Our room was nice and very clean(Dirty bathrooms are my pet peeve of mine and this was better and cleaner then more expensive hotels I’ve stayed at in the past). We had a kitchen minus a stove which was equally clean and nice. The only downside to our room was the fuzzy TV on a few channels and a very firm bed and pillows. We had reserved a smoking room which was located on the third floor. Sure it smelled like smoke and pot but that was no surprise from any other hotel with smoking rooms and considering price I’m not upset. All in all this was a perfectly fine hotel and we enjoyed our stay. Unless you’re used to five star hotels, I’d recommend this location.

Do NOT stay at this hotel if you have any standards whatsoever. My room reeked of cigarette smoke and there was a sign inside the room which clearly said«No Smoking». The bathroom was filthy, as was the kitchenette are. So so nasty. I immediately checked out and found a much better place to stay. I dont even know how this location gets any business. The conditions of the rooms are unacceptable. I wish i could give this review 0 stars because thats what it deserves

The room was dirty, hair in the tub, plumbing was so bad that I had to constantly use a plunger to unclog the toilet even when nothing was flushed other than a tissue. They have SERIOUS plumbing issues in this hotel. There’s no daily maid service even though hotels charging half as much clean the room every day. There was no ice machine so I had to buy a bag of ice as the much-lauded refrigerators don’t have icemakers. The bed was horribly uncomfortable with hole burnt in the dirty bedspread. They also don’t have pots and pans in the room as advertised, so it difficult to cook. I was put in a smoking room because«That’s where Priceline customers are placed» which as a non-smoker was completely unacceptable and the halls were filled with smoke – if you didn’t know that the hotel allowed smoking you’d think the building was on fire. My clothes totally reeked of smoke and I had to send all my suits to the cleaners. The hotel was filled with seedy-looking characters so I was glad I had my gun with me. There was no bathroom drain stopper and no sink stopper but the maintenance guy fixed that for me and was the only other good thing about the place other than Sherri. The«free breakfast» is granola bars, chocolate muffins and instant oatmeal, which I can’t eat so I had to settle for coffee. All in all another shitty Extended Stay America which seems to get worse every time end up at one. At least there wasn’t a used condom on the floor like there was at the Naperville Extended Stay America, that was beyond the pale. That’s the down side to Priceline-you can’t get a refund when they put you at a Motel Hell so you suck it up or lose your money a($ 380) for a 5 night stay and have to pay to stay somewhere else too. The«free wi-fi» was agonizingly slow but of course you were asked to PAY for decent service which wasn’t offered with the room it was an additional $ 9.95PERDAY upgrade. The ONLY good thing here is Sherri who is at the front desk and is without a doubt one of the sweetest, nicest people I’ve met anywhere in my life and she was totally sympathetic but not able to help much. They are lucky to have her but she should definitely be working at a much better place!
