I went to him for several years. All was well until I needed a crown.
I went in and told him my tooth hurt. After an hour of exams it ended up I needed a crown. I asked when could be done about the pain until the crown procedure, and he said «you have pain»? That’s why I went in, and what I told him!
They put a temp crown in and then I had to wait weeks for the final crown because the doc was on vacation. That temp crown was oversized and didn’t feel right.
I went in for the final crown. They took out the temp and put the final one in. The final one was much larger than the teeth around it, and felt odd. I mentioned this to them and they said it was too late, they just glued it in. This is my first crown, and you’d think they would communicate better.
I ended up going to another dentist who put a new crown in. Much better size and much better communication.
