All I can say about this group of people is that we would never have survived the ordeal with my parents without them. Both parents were gravely ill simultaneously. Meds and care needs were constantly changing and the folks at BrightStar kept up. Out of the many caregivers we used for 24⁄7 care, only three did not work out (strictly a personality match issue) and those people were immediately substituted for others. They were responsive and kind. These people are truly care GIVERS. My parents were happy and the family was happy. We are so grateful for all that BrightStar did. Thank you, BrightStar.
