I called to ask if this location had a particular bodysuit that I was told they had by another location. The girl on the phone pretended to look for it and then told me they did not have the item. I go in a couple days after to find an alternative and find the bodysuit almost immediately (and in different colors).
Then when I was checking out, the cashier had a stinky attitude for absolutely no reason. I was polite saying «hello» and «thank you,» but she just stood there not saying one word and with an ugly expression.
Disappointing.

TERRIBLE customer service. It ruins the whole shopping experience. My sister had bought a leather jacket online at full price (around $ 30) and it was too small. It still had the tags on it, and she had the confirmation email. They wouldn’t let her return it because she didn’t have the other email from her order. Also, the ladies that work there inconsiderate, and when in the middle of buying something she spent her time talking to her co-​worker, and literally taking 5 minutes to finish checking me out. I gave this store so many chances, because they DO have some cute clothing. But I’m done. Never again.

I went into the store to make a return with my sister. we both had returns. we had to wait in line and when it was our turn we went together the only greeting we got was «next in line» she looked unhappy and we were returning the items because they had holes in them. The girl was giving us a hard time and when the manager im assuming came over to finalize the return the girl was mumbling and giving us dirty looks while she was talking. she told me what I was receiving back on a store credit and that was all. I said have a nice day and no reply. Since I had a store credit I figured I would look around while I was there. I found a shirt and went to check out. The girl just came on her shift and was also unhappy and didn’t smile or greet me. Holes in 3 clothing items and unpleasant staff…

This is a good shop in the mall to go if you want a Lady Gaga outfit on a Stefani Germanotta budget. They have sculptural footwear, eclectic dresses, tops that would make your grandmother blush, and bottoms that barely count as bottoms. You can also pick up some basics here, like plain colored tees. There are a ton of accessories to round out the outfit. I don’t really shop here much except to check out the marked down shoes, because I would look ridiculous in most of it. If big fashion at small prices is your thing, and durability isn’t a concern because you replace your wardrobe every other season, this is a good store for you. Employee service is a little better than ok – good, not great.
I do NOT recommend them for bra shopping. Most of their bras are «one size fits all.» Needless to say, it fits very few people well. I would certainly not do a flight of stairs in one of their bras.

The manager approached me to say hi while I was browsing, and I told him it was my first time in the store. He started telling me that they source their clothing from the same manufacturers as other stores in the mall, and that confirmed what I had already been thinking: XXI/​Forever21 version 2.
Some of the clothes are dead-​ringers for current merchandise at Forever 21, others are different cuts but made from the same material and patterns. Overall, it’s not a bad store. Just like 21, you can find some steals (I got some beautiful silky tops 40% off for a grand total of 10 – 11 bucks each), but there’s also a sea of junk as well as overpriced merchandise. (In a lower-​price store, I consider anything over $ 30 to be overpriced. I’d rather spend $ 70 on something high quality at Nordstom, let’s say.)
Pay attention to the seams and buttons on anything you buy. Don’t let the low prices blind you. That being said, you can find a couple nice fillers for your closet without hurting your wallet.

It’s like dress heaven! I was surprised to find cocktail dresses here run only ~$ 30 – 40. Similar styles would be atleast twice as much at other places.
There’s plenty of other trendy pieces here too, but I’d come specifically to look for going-​out clothes/​dresses. Affordable with a capital A!

Pretty cool clothing, we were shopping for my teen and she managed to find a few great pieces. It now seems she is interested in fashion now thankfully. We have managed to get beyond jeans, converse and t-​shirts. Great for some basics, and they do have some good latest fashion items to pair them with.

I love this store! I prefer this one then Forever 21 actually which is a huge thing to say. The quality of the clothes is better and I feel last longer. Prices are very reasonable and I love their winter hats. I probably bought the whole collection.
