Wow, this is the first 1 start I have EVER given on any rating site. Seriously.
— Called.
— Said should come in.
— Once there, told me to come back in 24 hours with minimal information given to me after examining the phone for about 10 minutes. No thoughts, nothing. Said they would run diagnostics.
— Called next day after being told to do so. No thoughts, told to come in.
— Came in. No solution, no idea what the problem is.
LITERALLY told me it was either a hardware issue, or a software issue. SERIOUSLY.
Spoiler alert: it is ALWAYS a software issue, OR hardware issue. Software issue + hardware issues = ALL ISSUES.
— Asked him, what he could do about it.
— He said, «There’s really nothing we can do.»
— I left, swearing to write this review.

Love this place! My iPhone6 screen was in a million pieces, I dropped my phone off and Elliot had it fixed to perfection in less than an hour. Great customer service with a friendly staff. It costs less than insurance and is definitely a lot faster than going through that hassle. Thanks guys!

I went it on Friday with my smashed I phone 6 and twenty minutes later it was as good as new! I had employee Yamil work on it. The store is very nice, and the people are friendly and competent. I was extremely satisfied and happy. I highly recommend Yamil and Ubreakifix.
