This place is lovely. The ambiance is relaxing. My nail tech was super sweet. She gave my hands and shoulders an awesome massage. My manicure came out really well, considering I have really short nails. They also give you a card where after 10 visits you get a regular manicure for FREE. I will be back! Thank you!

First time here and had Peddy for my pedicure. She was very detail-​oriented and did a wonderful job. The basic pedicure for $ 25 is really a spa pedicure at other places. It includes a hot stone rub on your feet and a back massage while your nails are drying. I enjoyed how the pedicure didn’t feel rushed and Peddy took her time prepping the cuticles and nails for polish. In the end they looked better than a cheaper $ 15 pedicure but still showed some nail ridges so weren’t flawless.

Clean, efficient, friendly. Great manicure, pedicure for decent price. Have been coming here for years!

I started going to Bella Nails when it was Joyce Nails for 14 years. I feared that when John purchased it 2 years ago it would be disappointing. To my delight, the salon was updated, cleaned up, and decorated to make the salon just beautiful. Chandeliers, all new flooring and nail stations –new pedicure chairs that are so comfy, and lovely soft classical music piped in. Happily, most of the same great nail technicians stayed on. I have gone to Lisa and Jenny for 14 years for my manicures, and only 4 or 5 times was I disappointed. Not a bad track record! Any issue was promptly fixed at no charge. For pedicures go to Norma or Aimee –just AWESOME! I indulge myself by getting an extra 20 minute foot/​leg massage and boy is it worth it! The owner, John, is a very lovely, charming, educated man who truly cares about his customers and their satisfaction. I find Bella nails to be super clean, which is extremely important to me. The ONLY THING I wish they had is a coffee pot for the clients. Kudos to john and the staff of Bella nails for 5 stars from me!

Great shoulder massage by Ryan. At the time I thought it was too hard, but it was great. Going back for 30min. Very professional and clean place. No smell.

Manicure was ok… chipped within a day though. Got hassle when we payed by credit even though it said credit cards were accepted. We were rushed out after our nails were dry since we were talking while sitting at the dryers mind you NO ONE was in the salon waiting on the dryers we were sitting at

Loved my experience. I called about 25 minutes before they were closing to let them know I was on my way. They took me in and did an incredible job!
My only concern was I did not get a full manicure but was charged a manicure price. I did not mind paying because I was late and holding everyone up, but it was still odd to me. I basically got a polish change and was charged a manicure price.
Regardless, I was happy and would return again!

I don’t have other local spots to compare against since I live in Vancouver. Having said that, comparing Bella to Vancouver nail spots isn’t even really fair. They aren’t even in the same league.
1. Ambiance: Classical music, quietly playing. Everyone is quiet, relaxing. No blaring tv blasting Dr. Phil (I’m looking at you, vancouver salons). You actually don’t want to raise your voice in this salon because you don’t want to disturb the peace.
2. Massage all the things: Amazing.
3. The block under the foot while they remove your callouses. Does this happen all over NY? I might have to move here for this «innovation» alone.
4. Spotless. Clean environment, clean tools.
5. Great mani/​pedi (i got the spa version) and am very happy with the attention paid to my cuticles.
I’m a major fan. I actually might hold off on my next trip and just get one at Bella when I land.

This use to be joyce nails (green tea foot spa) i loved all the nail techs wen joyce ran this place, i miss my nail guy danny he was awesome they dont have a masseuse that compares to him yet, i tried the new guy leo and he uses too fast of a stroke and is more painful then relaxing. Now its luck of the draw with nail techs, the original workers r great as usual cant go wrong with any of them but the new ppl are just average. By far though the salon is top noch n clean which is important so above all i love this place

I am writing this review based on my experience, In all fairness I will give this place another chance (but with a DIFFERENT nail technician.) I had an appt for 6 p.m. but I was about 10 mins late due to the rain; (I have anxiety when I’m 2 mins late!!) The gentleman at the front (assuming he is the owner) was very sweet. So, as I pick my color. I noticed they had an O.K. selection of Essie nail polish (most colors) looked as if they needed to be replaced…
Off to the pedicure. They offered me delicious green tea (relaxing!!) and the pedicure chairs are by far the most amazing massage chairs ever! As far as the technician. She was a bit rough. I mean I was cringing… I have a little cut on my toe (Ouch!) and she forgot to use what most nail salons use… exfoliating scrub… um what? Leg massage was 123… Manicure… I love Essie’s jelly apple (my signature color) I asked for my nails to be oval, and she made them square! (confusion of shapes?) nothing special… I did get a great back massage when my nails were drying. I noticed the price list is all the way in the corner, and hard to see as well as read. Anyhow. the chandelier is beautiful and pedicure chairs are great. I would come back. Maybe with a gentle technician.

Came here after a long days work to get pampered and destressed and am leaving a very happy camper. Massages are amazing and service is top notch. Will be coming back for sure. Extremely clean as well.

Quite honestly the best service hands down. Highly recommended. I didn’t have an appointment and it was about 45 mins before closing. All the techs were busy but said they would accommodate me in 10 mins. And boy did they ever. Mani/​pedi was $ 25. I think this is some grand opening special. Was formally Joyce’s nail and foot spa. Place was SUPER clean and staff were SUPER friendly. They gave me great massages on my legs and arms. I did not feel rushed despite the time. Great neck and head massage while drying (yep head too!) I could have fallen asleep in the chair. Oh and… The tech insisted on getting my car keys out of my purse for me and even took out my wallet for me and assisted me in getting change so I didn’t risk smudging my nails. I’m a new regular!
