Lots For Tots

I do love it here… I buy things for my little one here frequently. Have not had the best success with selling them items otherwise they would get 5 stars from me. But the staff is helpful and they don’t hover which is a plus for me! They have also made a lot of improvements to the layout… Making it easier to navigate! They do have a small space to work with for the amount of amazing stuff they have! Would recommend this place to anyone!

I went to the store for two days looking at the same stroller. The first day that I went in the price was $ 40 and today it was still $ 40. I went in and asked the saleswoman the price and she confirmed it was $ 40. I had her show me how to use it, open/​close etc. Since it was still a little large she recommended I look in the Falmouth location, I said I would but would be back probably today for the stroller. After leaving Falmouth empty handed, I called Scarborough and spoke to the saleswoman regarding the stroller which she AGAIN confirmed was $ 40. I asked her if we could alter the price a little as it has been neglected outdoors for sometime– she said she would check what they were selling for online and get back to me. She called 10 minutes later and said the stroller sold for $ 180+ at target. She then told me she read the wrong price tag on the stroller and it was actually $ 60. That’s funny, because you CONFIRMED multiple times that it was $ 40. I asked her how the price could suddenly change because for two days it had been $ 40 she kept telling me that she looked at the wrong price tag, however we look at the same price tag together for two days and it was confirmed multiple times that the price was $ 40 the woman then repeated she was looking at the wrong price tag which was a lie because she told me it was $ 40. Basically she saw how much they were selling for online and wanted to make more money on it. I asked her since it was a mistake on her part would I be able to purchase it for $ 40 she told me that she would be losing a ton of money if she did that. When I said because it was a mistake on your part and you confirmed the price multiple times could she sell it for 40 and she kept repeating that she was looking at the wrong price tag. You have lost my business forever because your greed got in the way of a sale. Your store is dirty the employees look filthy and unpresentable and you should be ashamed of how this was handled better customer service next time.

Their staff are not friendly, they low-​ball you and the overall feel of the store is overpacked and grungy in appearance. If recommend selling items on your own view social media or yard sale. I don’t plan to ever return again.
