After being on the road for over four hours we needed to stretch our legs, grab a drink and use the restrooms. We decided to stop in at this Circle K because it is conveniently located off of the highway and was on our path to Old Orchard Beach. The station itself is fairly large and when we went to fuel up we weren’t worried about not having a pump. They have pumps on either side of their building which made pulling in and out less hectic. The convenience store was large and full of all the snacks you want on a long road trip. The bathrooms at this station were clean, but just to throw it on your radar, there is only one men’s and women’s bathroom. This was awkward because we had to wait a bit for some customers who were finishing some business. All in all, this is a great station with all the good gas station perks.

This is a great place to go for gas! From just getting a little gas to stocking up for a long trip. This is the place to go! Before you enter the area. You see the appealing. Soft colors of the store! And the very cheap prices of the items in the store! Like 0.99 for a banana! And the gas prices are super cheap! And when you enter the store. You see the nice treats and food in the area! And the cheap prices! Wow! Plus. The staff is super polite! My only complaint is that the store is a bit small! With little room for items. Overall. This is a great gas station! If you want a great experience for a gas station. Go here!

Can you believe that the mega Irving corporation is so cheap that employees here have to replace necessities like lightbulbs and cleaning supplies out of their own pockets without reimbursement? Convenience store employees are notoriously underpaid, overworked and are constantly subject to the threat of armed robberies and other dangerous situations. This Irving/Circle K is in a high traffic region of Route 1. Wait, this entire stretch of Route 1 is super busy with 4 lanes of traffic and this gas station sits at the intersection of an industrial park and the Haigis Pkway — a road recently built for the express purpose of attracting more business to the area with commercial lease signs dotting the route. But with all this traffic, this convenience store sometimes appears closed and, on occasion, has been without electricity though the employees are required to stay open even though the pumps can’t run without juice nor do the refrigerators/freezer stay cold. Someone do a rescue here! The parking lot is super dangerous as there is a fueling station and two entrances that require drivers to be hyper observant in order to avoid a head-on collision. If you happen to arrive craving a sweet snack — Biddeford-based Brooklyn’s Bakery provides crème horns and turnovers and the coffee usually is quite good. The last time I was in, there was a lovely bouquet of flowers on the sink in the«washroom». And I always love the icons for the bathrooms — both the«male» and«female» are crossing their legs to indicate that they can’t wait to go wee-wee.
