Great service from this company. Had a few technical hiccups, but they were awesome about getting things fixed and making it right. Great customer service overall from the office and from the technicians. Highly recommend them and will be using them for all of our heating and cooling needs!

I had western heating and cooling work on both my old house and on my new one.
My new house had the heat pump and furnace unit both die in the first winter that I lived in it. They were circa 1981 and apparently quite good for that period of time, but besides being dead, they needed to get replaced anyways for energy efficiency. I mean the old furnace needed 3 circuits of 20 amps each. Sheesh.
Western heating and cooling ordered all the parts, installed them all, and came back to tune the system up. They worked to get me both tax credits a cash back from the govt, a rebate from the manufacturer, and a discount from them. I was very happy with the work and the people. They really made you feel comfortable which is important since they have to be in the house for a few hours to do all the install.
I would and have recommended them to my friends!

I changed the thermostat and my furnace was not running. I looked up furnace repair on Unilocal apps and I found this company offering a Unilocal coupon discount. So I called and scheduled appointment. I got a phone call saying the technician could come sooner. So I met the technician and he immediately found out what the problem was, I had a blown fuse due to a short from installing the new thermostat. He replaced the fuse and a brand new filter and I used the $ 70 for $ 100 Unilocal coupon and saved me $ 30 got a professional job well done. I would use this company for my future furnace needs. Had a problem with no heat from our furnace. Called Western after reading reviews posted on Unilocal.Got a call later that day from the company rep and was given a time of arrival and that Russ one of their techs would be handling our problem. Russ arrived on time and went about his duties in a very courteous and professional manner. He was very proficient and ran a number of checks trying to isolate the problem, As he worked he explained to me what he was doing and what he was checking for. After about 30 minutes he said he could not find a defective part (s) that might have caused the problem and felt it probably was a loose electrical connection in a circuit board. Russ cycled the furnace several times and it worked flawlessly. I was only charged for the service call and was very relieved. Too many times I have seen people, my self included, taken advantaged of when they have no knowledge of, or solution to a problem. That was not the case here. It is wonderful to observe competence at work. I have the highest respect for Western and Russ their tech for their honesty, competence and professionalism and highly recommend them for any of your heating or cooling needs. GREAT JOB RUSS!!!
