Bill provided Five Star service! He explained everything I had questions about the service of my car. It’s rare these days to find quality customer service like he provided. Thanks Bill! I will keep coming to Chevron and recommend all friends and family go here to service their vehicles. Fast, efficient, thorough and I drove off with my car feeling safe and well serviced. The employees at Xpress Lube in Scappoose are friendly, respectful and care about my car and the customer service they provide. The store is clean as are the uniforms of the employees. It reminds me of stories my grandfather used to tell me about the service station he worked in as a young man.

I went here to get a gift certificate or a multi-​wash pack for my grandfather, because he likes this place. I was told they no longer offer either. What? I haven’t actually used this place, so I won’t give it a one star based on this one experience, but what business passes up the opportunity to generate revenue on gifts and prepaid washes? You don’t even have to give a discount, just offer it! I was very surprised. Obviously.
