Had a very wonderful experience here. Tidy rooms, excellent breakfast, and amazing staff! Jeri and sherry are awesome! Highly recommend!

I stayed in the Americana room with full bed and enjoyed my one night stay. Sheri gives great friendly service and Breakfast was a hit. A bit hard to find but just head to the airport and you can’t miss if. A nice setting.

Loved spending the night at the Scappoose creek inn. The houses, the barn, the chickens, the llamas… it’s all too beautiful. We’ve known Sherry and Jeri for years but have never made it up to the Inn. They’ve really out done themselves. After enjoying a night in large, charming room on the most comfortable bed ever we were treated to a wonderful, country breakfast. I felt like I was on retreat. Can’t wait to go back. Super easy drive from their place to the Portland airport. We will definitely stay at the Scappose Creek Inn. again Thanks Sherry and Jeri!

Last Sunday, my now husband and I got married at the Scappoose Creek Inn, and I feel like Sherri and Jerry went above and beyond. She checked in with me often leading up to the event, asking if I was ready or needed help. I came out and nervously paced the grounds probably half dozen times dragging various family members, sometimes with really short notice as the date got closer. There were a couple times when they jumped in and helped us during the event, like when it got dark on our band playing outside, Jerry strung lights up on our tent. I also really appreciated that they are really upfront with all their costs and fees, and don’t nickel and dime you into the poorhouse. They were all around easy to deal with, yet also all business, a good balance. Our big family stayed there in the bnb rooms, and we all got to have breakfast together in the morning, which is such a nice perk. Thank you Sherri and Jerry!

Im updating my review because there was a blip during check out. I won’t go into details, but there is one tip… DONOT touch the decorative trycicle!

We stayed at this inn on the first night our our Trans-Am bike trip. The owner was very accommodating of our needs and let us park our seven bikes in the barn. She had good recommendations for restaurants in the area. We so enjoyed the clean beds, spread out rooms, hot showers, and general farm atmosphere. The breakfast the next morning was a little heavy but she could have made anything if you asked her in advanced.

My most recent stay at the Scappoose Creek Inn was even better than the last. This time, we stayed in the Wright Room(we were in the Bush Pilot Room last visit), which was amazingly spacious, and featured a bathroom with a claw-foot tub and exposed plumbing. The view from one set of windows looked out over the field where the two llamas roam. Our flight into Portland was going to have us getting to Scappoose past the check-in time, so the innkeepers left the key to our room just outside the office, and they weren’t concerned in the least that we might try to take off the next day without paying. The breakfasts were just as delicious as last time, and each morning they set the tone for a relaxing day ahead. I cannot imagine ever visiting Scappoose again and not staying at the Scappoose Creek Inn.

This is a great place to stay in Scappoose. The old houses have a lot of charm and the owners are wonderful. You can opt in for excellent home made breakfast each morning or get it to go brown-bag style. If you have special dietary needs let them know the night before so they can plan and accommodate you if possible. I recommend staying here over any of the other motels in the area.

A great place I cannot recommend high enough! My organization had some classes in Scappoose over the weekend. This B&B was recommended by the organizers and I see why! The innkeepers are so wonderful! They realized that most of the people staying there(all but I think 1 room) were members of our organization. They moved the normal breakfast time up so that we could all head to our classes after a great breakfast! They were also very accommodating to the fact that I do not eat eggs. I had a wonderful choice of non-egg options for breakfast and the people who did eat eggs said their meals were very tasty. I don’t think I ever saw them without a smile. The beds are very comfortable. I have a problem with most hotel beds either being too soft or hard as rocks. They are the perfect balance between the two. My room(the Wright Room) had a wonderful view of the llamas and was just a peaceful oasis in the middle of an intense weekend of learning. The only negative thing I could say was that the weekend was over too soon. I have every intention of returning there if I am in the area again or if I need a peaceful weekend away.
