The owners and managers do their best to make sure you get the best customer service. However, the staff is always and forever changing. If you are going to make a complaint regarding an employee, make sure you get your facts right. I’m sure a supervisor is not going to throw your change back to you! Find out the name of the person who actually served you cause they don’t wear name tags.

This place is GROSS! I witnessed the girl working at the counter take a cleaning rag into the bathroom to clean up a mess in the women’s bathroom! Then return it to the service area where the food comes out of the kitchen! The whole place is filthy! Tables, chairs, walls and even the pictures of the kids on the wall have dirty finger prints on them. Disgusting!

I got the new fudge stuffed cookie because I get brain freezes sooooo easily so I thought the combo of something hot & cold would be great… WRONG.
The description of it says «A warm, decadent chocolate chip cookie with a gooey fudge center, served hot from the oven with cold, creamy DQ® vanilla soft serve and Cocoa Fudge.»
My cookie was soooo burnt & hard I couldn’t even eat it! The chocolate in the inside… Idk, maybe at some point it might have been fudge but it was that gross grainy consistency that chocolate gets when it’s been too hot for too long. The ice cream was the only redeeming factor but I suffered multiple brain freezes as the hot part of my snack was inedible

VER VERY RUDE!
I have lived in Scappoose most of my life and I have come to this location several times in the past. More recently, every time I go there the staff seems to have a rude attitude. They are very short and act kinda snobby.
I mean I do appreciate that Dairy Queen is making their menu a little more healthy. But overall this place probably has one of the worst customer service.

Nothing spectacular. It’s DQ so it’s better than some other fast food options, but it was still fast food. The service was quick so they had that going for them but really just as would be expected

Been to several DQ locations in Oregon all experiences have been great until this visit. The girl who took our order (Sherry) was extremely rude! As she was taking our order, she was extremely impatient. Got to the window, she was even more rude! She glared us and also rolled her eyes as we asked for sauce. I have never felt so unwelcome at a DQ before. She even threw the change at my husbands hand.
The food was good, but the service was horrible. We won’t return based on her unprofessional behavior!

Good luck, check your order before you leave because it will most likely be wrong. But try not to bother staff, because they do not care. I know it’s just cheep fast food what was I expecting.

Hey, it’s dairy queen. The menu is the same everywhere and generally the quality is the same. Stopped by here as the kid wanted a snack. It’s a decent location with a decent sized seating area. My only complaint is that they got part of the order wrong. Wanted a frozen hot chocolate, not a moolate. the kid doesn’t need coffee! Had a new blizzard. salted caramel truffle. very good, wasn’t served upside down, maybe should asked for my free one?

Noisy, cold, food smells odd usually, and grumpy workers. My mouth gets numb when I eat ice cream. The ice cream is too cold. I advice getting a heater for the freezer in which they keep their ice cream in.

Every small town needs a Dairy Queen! This one employs many first time workers and it shows, but that’s ok. The $ 5 lunch special is a great bargain. The owners are nice and the service is pretty quick. The décor is in need of a remodel.

Where can you go for soggy greasy fries, dripping drink glasses, screwed up orders and imitation ice cream? Scappoose Dairy Queen! And why would I even consider taking my grandkids here just because they wanted to eat here. … I should have cranked up the Stones, put the top down and taken them 12 miles to Burgerville. Yes Burgerville where the ice cream is Tillamook and the fries are hot. The burgers are pretty good and drippy too! As they say, Dairy Queen is riDQ lous… yes DQ… you are…

Bias: My sister works here (at the moment) so every time I came here they were nice to me.
I can’t imagine Scappoose without Dairy Queen. It’s a better option than Burger King. It’s the only place where you can get yummy nummy for your tummy ice cream goodness. OOOHHH and the mooooooo laaaaaaahh teeeeeh… was very refreshing. Double me up on the Mooo Laaahhh Teeehhhh pleaseeeeee…
