Scappoose Tire has always been a great experience for us. They are family-​friend, customer-​service-​oriented, and often can offer the best prices. Highly recommended place!

We purchased tires today from Scappoose Tire (Big O Tire). I called to pay over the phone while a family member picked the tires up (as we were unable to arrive before closing). Upon identifying myself, the individual answering the phones stated, «They’ve already been paid for» and hung up. I called back to let her know, as a small business owner, I understand the importance of customer service and I felt a little put off by the call. She said (in a less-​than-​respectful tone), «Well, thank you so much.» and hung up again. If this is the treatment received when making a purchase, what is one to expect should any concerns arise? While we try to purchase from smaller, locally owned businesses, I’m inclined to take my business elsewhere in the future. We will not be back.
