I eat here regularly and have always had a positive experience. The only place I’ve found where you can order Thai, Japanese or Chinese food in the same order. Highly recommended!

Food is good. DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD! The last 2 times we did within 3 days fraudulent activity and not just a little! December of 2014 then January 2015. It’s sad because the food is good but we can’t trust them.

Food is good but it took them an hour and a half to deliver. The driver called me and still he didn’t come for another 40 minutes. Food is good, but not worth the wait. Try wife’s kitchen. Best Chinese food around

We placed an order on-​line at 9:30 PM (they close at 10:30PM), received an email confirmation and everything, and no delivery. We finally called them at 10:20PM thinking WTH they’ll be closing soon, to be told they never received our order – their system was down. Really? So where’d the confirmation come from? No apology or anything, just oops. Never again.

Be very careful when ordering. We’ve had several fraudulent charges on our credit card about 2 weeks after we order from them. Yes, it may be coincidental, but it seems awfully coincidental that it happens every single time.

****CREDIT CARD WARNING*****
As with the Sultan Wok restaurant located in Highland Park, this location also needs to be monitored for its possible credit card abuse. My wife and I ordered from both locations and, as in my review of the Highland Park location, have had our credit cards compromised when ordering from Sultan Wok.
Since my post on Unilocal about this situation I have received messages from two other Unilocal users and a coworker about their belief that Sultan Wok has abused their credit cards as well. Please note that this occurs not only with online ordering but also with purchases made at the restaurant.

My family and I had take out from here last night. I must say, the food was excellent! I would give them 5 stars but it took them over a hour and a half to deliver our food. If you don’t mind slow delivery then this is a good Chinese restaurant.
