I am honestly not a huge fan of any dunkin donuts, but I thought the reviews were pretty harsh so I wanted to share my opinion. It’s a dunkin, it’s fine. It’s not a rook, it’s not brewed awakening; it’s a dunkin. They do it just as well as any other dunkin and the staff is always very kind.

Went through drive through, changed mind was not able to change order at window… nit so great customer service. and my mocha iced coffee was not mocha. all the syrup was at the bottom and just tasted regular.

This place is terrible. It used to be great, especially the drive thru in the morning. You could buzz right through and everything was perfect. Now it takes forever, good luck getting someone that understand what you said at the speaker. And then you sit at the window forever. Not good.

the food and coffee is good… they need to fix the times they have listed for closing on their drive thru… It says 4am to 12pm… Since when does Dunkin Donuits close at lunchtime???

Very clean, very fast in the morning. Everyone that works here is very pleasant. Food is good, coffee is good, what else do you need.

This DD is terrible. They are super slow, drive up and the main counter, and I have yet to get my entire order come as I ordered it. Drive a little further and avoid this DD, not worth the hassle.

I would not normally review a donut store but this is just so bad i have to.(or want to.) I had three visits to this store since there grand opening. First one i went thru the drive thru starting driving to work opened the sandwich i had purchased took one bit, second bite it was ICED cold. Called them, the number was not working(and as far as last friday it still was not) I was so annoyed that i then went to the website and complained. Didn’t hear back for over a month but once i did i was happy with the conversation i had with the gm and he insisted on sending me some gift $$ checks which i did use on just some donuts and that was fine. So now we get to the third and DEF. FINAL visit. I decided to buy some donuts for the ppl at work and bought myself a sausage egg and cheese bagel. toasted. Well, i got to work opened it up and NEVER saw ANYTHING like it. The sausage was burnt the cheese was BLACK and the bagel WASN’T toasted! I was mad, i went back and i WILLNEVERGO back. To think someone would put that thing in a bag is BEYOND reason. I wish i knew how to upload the pix of this mess they sent out. The one star, is one to many.
