I felt that the wait was reasonable so maybe I just didn’t get the same service as the others did. I am traveling from California and stopped there for breakfast and waited not even five minutes. My friend is from there and said it’s recently changed managers in the last six months. The people were friendly and patient with my lack of knowledge of the menu (my first time going there). The coffee was amazing, I always grab extra sugar because I tend to like mine sweet and everything was perfect. Where I am from they barely put any crème in the Boston crème donut but there was so much that it would fall out with each bite.

The other review is accurate. This is the slowest dunkin donuts I’ve ever been to. Over 15 minutes wait after ordering and there was no one in front of us. Avoid.
