Dear Mr. Gray–
We were traveling through and encountered car trouble outside of Sayre in the evening. A light was saying our battery wasn’t charging. We coasted in to the koa and plugged in the charger overnight. In the morning we got back on the highway and saw the sign for your dealership. We arrived right at opening and Eddie your service manager took us right in despite it being a Friday with lots of work. Your crew diagnosed the problem, replaced the alternator and we were on our way in about an our! Two thumbs up! Your crew is great and Eddie is the best! We are going to make it home in time for our daughter’s Senior Ball. Thank you!
