I would give a 0 if I could. Room was dirty and disgusting!!! Tables, coffee maker top, TV top has a thick layer of dust! Chairs has LOTS of disgusting spots!!! Alarm was disconnected, and so on…

We stayed at this hotel for just one night. It was OK.
We selected this hotel just because it was a convenient stop as we drove through Oklahoma. It is right off of the highway, and that is all I can say about the area.
The hotel is clean and the beds were comfortable enough, and really, that’s all that matters. They have a nice large pool, but we didn’t have time to use it.
The breakfast was OK, but didn’t offer as many options as the other AmericInn we stayed at on our trip, so we were a bit disappointed by that.
The only employee I really interacted with was pretty tired, but friendly.
Overall, OK stop but nothing remarkable.

We have stayed here every summer for the past 5 years while visiting family in Sayre. Every year has been wonderful until this year. The evening staff was unpleasant and at moments out right rude. We felt uncomfortable every time we were in the reservations area. The morning staff are all so nice and friendly that it was shocking when we had to interact with the evening staff.
Our room was perfect and the location can’t get any better for us. We’ll be back in June, but are hoping to avoid the staff that lack any customer service skills whatsoever.
