AAA towing agent…
Karl’s towing used the opportunity of using my accident towing need as a way to drum up business for themselves. Since I used another repair center, I was charged 343.00 for the tow and storage — OK, I might have been a bit naïve, but never had to use a towing service after an accident. Still to victimize a customer is not the best either.
Tower was pleasant enough, and show up in a timely fashion, but that is where the ‘niceties’ ended. Feel screwed over…
