If I could give this place negative stars I would. I will never step foot in this place ever again and here’s why:
I went in on a Thursday afternoon and purchased a few items, one of which was a pair of Pink sweatpants. I paid for my items and went on my merry way.
As I was unpacking my items, I noticed there was a hole in the bottom of one of the legs of the sweatpants. I called the store to let them know because I wanted to exchange it. The manager asked where the hole was and I told her, and she said it would be fine if I came back to exchange. I went back the next day and I was treated like a criminal! The manager said that if there was a hole that the cashier would’ve noticed. She apparently missed the ball that day because I purchased pants with a hole in them! Even though I’d spoken to a manager the day before, described where the hole was and was given the okay, I was treated as though I was running a scam of trading in clothes that were damaged while shoplifting. I likely bought the pants that someone tried to steal and the cashier didn’t notice the hole. I had to call customer service to fix the problem, but I wanted to speak to the district manager. She never called me.
The staff including the district manager should be ashamed of themselves! All I wanted to do was get a pair of non damaged pants, but I was instead accused of stealing. Blame your staff not the customer for not controlling the shrink problem you obviously have!

Went to BOTH locations. Apparently they simply don’t make or carry anything in a 36B in anything other than a neon push-​up. Super bummed! But on the bright side the sales girls were really nice!

* I hate reviewing chain places, but sometimes it is a necessary evil. This review will be short and to the point since this is a very common brand. I am just reviewing this location here so you know what to expect.*
This is a nice large VS store. They have a section for work out gear, sports bras, yoga pants, sweatshirts, gym bags and T-​shirts. There is a large selection of PINK items, make-​up, lotions, perfumes and all the sexy little things that will make your lovers blood pressure go up.
The ladies here are great at giving you bra fittings to make sure you have the perfect size. Don’t be shy. Ask for a fitting. Right now you can get a free secret reward for getting a bra fitting. A good fitting bra can really change how your clothes fit as well.
Ok the staff here gets all 5 stars. They are super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
*They offered me a bra I didn’t even notice, a perfect fitting strapless one that really works.
*They understood the promotions, reward cards and special mailed out offers.
*All of the staff was perky and approachable.
*Everyone offered to help, but not in a «breathing down my neck» sort of way.
*The store is clean and easy to move around.
*The staff knew where other sizes and overstock was located.
*The manager did all she could to «make me happy.»
And alas I am HAPPY.
