There is an app for this business. You can see drivers and their expected arrival time. Once you pick driver, you can message each other for more detail. You can talk to driver readily or not and indicate if you want tap on or off, temperature up or down… I’ve loved the experience. Polite drivers asking if air temperature was o.k., No trying to get more money via longer routes, no money exchange except on app. Insurance via Über while customers in vehicle. Ability to Tip is also in app. BMW and Prius so far.
