I had the exact same experience as Whitney. I only wish I had read her review before renting from them. Like the worst twilight zone episode ever. I have no idea how these people get dressed in the morning let alone ‘manage’ anything.

One star is far more credit than this company deserves… I have dealt with SEVERAL Real Estate agents and property management groups in the past several years. This has by FAR been my worst experience. They were very unprofessional and I would not trust them to assist with selling my home, nor would I buy or rent a home that had any association with this company. Kimberly Parks was extremely misleading and very unprofessional in her dealings with my property management issues. The owner of the company, Dianne Kessler offered no explanation for the actions of her employee, nor did she offer a solution to rectify the situation. I HIGHLY Recommend chosing just about ANY other Real Estate Agent and/​or Property Management group in the Savannah Area. Bad business.
